AI Readiness Workshop
A diagnostic that gives you a straight answer on AI: where you stand today, which use cases are actually worth building, and what to build first. You leave with a concrete next step, with the costs mapped out, not a maybe.
Three outcomes, nine deliverables
Everything is concrete, written down, and yours to keep. No slideware.

An honest, defensible baseline your whole leadership team can align on.
- Readiness scorecard. Scored across five dimensions: data, cloud and infrastructure, governance and compliance, skills, and organizational appetite.
- Risk and compliance register. Your GDPR posture, EU AI Act classification, and data residency and sovereignty position.
- Skills and organizational readiness. The capabilities and roles you’ll want in place to get the most from what we build.
The use cases worth building
The ideas that are real, and a clear-eyed look at what stands between you and them.
- Prioritized use-case shortlist. Each candidate scored on business value and technical feasibility, ranked so the strongest opportunities are obvious.
- Data-readiness gap analysis. For the top candidates, the data that’s missing, messy, or out of reach. Often the most valuable thing we hand you, because it’s the real constraint and most teams haven’t named it yet.
Your first build, ready to start
Everything you need to start one MVP with confidence, and decide on the rest with evidence.
- Reference architecture. For your top one or two use cases, designed to integrate with your platform, e.g. on AWS (Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, agents, whatever fits) and detailed enough to make the approach concrete.
- Indicative cost estimate. Delivery plus monthly run, from the AWS Pricing Calculator if running on AWS.
- Phased roadmap. MVP first, then expansion, with each step gated on evidence rather than ambition.
- Recommended first engagement. The first build we’d take on with you, laid out in full: scope, effort, timeline, and price. Your next step is a decision, not another workshop.
Four steps to building AI-powered systems
We assess your cloud and data maturity, what data you actually have and in what shape, your team’s capability, and your compliance position: GDPR, EU AI Act tier, and any data residency or sovereignty constraints. The honest starting line everything else builds on.
A working session with the people closest to the day-to-day problems, to gather candidate use cases. Everything goes on the table and nothing is filtered yet. The goal is a wide, honest picture of where AI could genuinely help you.
We rank each candidate on business value and feasibility, then test every one against the data you actually have. An idea with no usable data behind it won’t ship, however good it sounds, and we’ll tell you that plainly. You’re left with the few that are real.
We recommend exactly one thing to do first, and we tell you why. For some teams that's an MVP to ship. For others it's an agentic workflow or a new way of writing software. Either way you leave with a specific next step — not a menu of options.
Honest, European, ready to build
If a use case has no data behind it, or you’re not ready to run it, you’ll hear that from us early and plainly. A clear no is worth more than an expensive maybe.
GDPR, the EU AI Act, and data residency and sovereignty are first-class concerns here, not footnotes. That matters when you operate in Germany or the wider EU, and it's the environment we specialize in.
The diagnostic ends with a first build we can begin together, not a report that gets filed away. The momentum carries straight into delivery, with your team alongside ours.
Uncertainty is exactly where we start.
No sales pitch, just an honest look at where you stand and whether building with AI is worth it for you — whether you already have a strategy in place or are still shaping one. Book the workshop, or start with a short intro call.
