Workshop

Agentic SDLC Maturity Workshop

Anyone can stand up a working-looking app with AI now. Turning that into software you can ship, run, and trust is the hard part. We give you a clear read on where your engineering stands today, what an agentic platform should look like for you on AWS, and a path to get there.

OUTCOME 01

Where you are

An honest baseline your engineering leadership can line up behind, scored two ways.

  • Maturity scorecard. Scored across the primitives an agentic platform needs: LLM gateway, memory, RAG, sandboxing, identity, observability, and evals.
  • Team and process read. How your teams are set up to build and run agents, read through Team Topologies: platform, enabling, and stream-aligned teams.
  • Two tracks on one ladder. Where you sit from L0 to L3 on building with agents, and on running agentic systems. We score both separately, never averaged, and the gap between them is itself a finding.
OUTCOME 02

What good looks like for you

Not a generic reference model. The agentic platform that fits your stack, on AWS.

  • AWS-native target architecture. Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore for the gateway, memory, identity, and observability, with Bedrock Knowledge Bases for RAG. Designed to fit how you already build.
  • The operating model to match. Which team owns the platform, which enables the others, and which ship agentic features, so the architecture has a home.
  • Managed versus open-source, decided. Where AWS-managed services are the right call, and where open-source earns its place for portability or control. The full map is our agentic stack reference.
OUTCOME 03

How to get there

A route up the ladder, and one concrete thing to start on.

  • Prioritized roadmap. The moves that take you up the ladder on both tracks, ordered so the highest-leverage foundation comes first.
  • A scoped first build. The foundation piece we’d build with you to open the path, laid out in full: scope, effort, and a clear start. Your next step is a decision, not another workshop.
How it works

Three steps to a path you own

1
Read where you stand

We assess your agentic platform across the primitives and read your teams through Team Topologies, then place you on the ladder: both tracks, with the gap called out.

2
Design the target

We design the AWS-native target architecture on Bedrock and AgentCore, and the operating model to match, so you can see exactly what good looks like for your stack.

3
Plan the path, scope the first build

A prioritized roadmap up the ladder, and one foundation piece scoped and ready to start. Your next step is a decision, not another workshop.

You’re here

Agentic SDLC Maturity Workshop

For engineering leaders. Where your teams stand on building with agents and running agentic systems, the AWS-native target, and the path up the ladder.

The business side

AI Readiness Workshop

For exec teams. Where the business stands on AI, the use cases worth building, and what to build first. A peer to this one, and the two fit together.
