As a Team Lead AWS Migrations & Modernizations, you will guide and support a team that helps our customers migrate workloads to AWS and modernize existing systems. Your focus is on technical leadership, coaching, and enabling high-quality delivery in complex environments.

Your profile:
- You have deep experience running large-scale AWS migration projects in enterprise environments.
- You have practical experience across all phases of AWS MAP (Assess, Mobilize, Migrate & Modernize).
- You know how to use AWS migration tooling (e.g., ADS, Migration Hub, MGN, DMS) in real-world scenarios.
- Modernization is where you thrive: you proactively push re-platforming and re-architecting when it creates real customer value.
- You have several years of professional experience in cloud engineering and cloud consulting.
- You have led technical teams before or acted as a tech lead in complex programs.
- You are a team player at heart and value strong collaboration and mutual support.
- You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You know how to coordinate workstreams in demanding migration programs and keep delivery on track.
- You are used to working with roadmaps, risks, priorities, and cross-team dependencies.
- You are comfortable aligning with AWS teams in joint customer engagements.
- You are confident navigating enterprise stakeholder landscapes across all levels.
- You have a good command of German and English (at least C1), both written and spoken.
